Honey-colored soapstone cachet, square in shape, the upper part carved in the round with a bixie, a winged feline, lying down, turned to his left, where a chilong dragon is coiled; the base, quadrangular, bears the four characters in zhuanshu, Mao Qin dian bao, named after one of the pavilions of the Forbidden City, where the emperor works and studies. (Several chips). China, Guangxu period, late 19th century.
