Supporting cabinet in marquetry of flowers, amaranth, satinwood, rosewood, light-wood fillets and ebony, opening to a leaf decorated with a basket of flowers in a strong ormolu surround with acanthus leaves in the corners, rosary and amati decoration, the flared sides, the white marble top resting on rounded uprights with ribboned falls and simulated fluting ending in small cambered feet.
Stamped by Pierre Garnier, cabinetmaker received as master in 1742.
Louis XV period, circa 1760-1770.
