Payment: Cash by direct debit to the card indicated, credit card on our website (except American Express) or bank transfer only.

Cheques are not accepted.

Exhibition and condition reports :

The lots exhibited are sold as is. To know the condition of a lot, do not hesitate to ask for additional photographs and condition reports.

Storage :

Storage of lots is free for 14 days after the sale. After that, storage charges apply:

- for small lots: €5 incl. VAT per day and per item

- for furniture and bulky lots: €10 incl. VAT per day and per item

If the lots are not withdrawn by the buyer and the storage costs are higher than the hammer price, the auctioneer is expressly authorized to reoffer them for sale on behalf of the buyer. The sale will take place without reserve price and at the seller's cost of 16.8% inclusive of tax. The operator is expressly authorized to deduct from the sale price the amount, up to the due amount, of the seller's costs and that of the janitor's costs, with the balance reverting to the seller.

Delivery :

Lots will be delivered to buyers or carriers at the office BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

The Auction House does not handle the shipment of lots by post. Lots may be entrusted to a carrier who will take care of packaging, at the buyer's expense.
