- The sale is made expressly the cash and the purchasers will pay, by lot in
addition adjudication : 17 % net of tax, as 20,33 % all inclusive
of tax.
- In case of payment by cheque not certified, the object's withdrawal could be differed to the cashing.
- In case of non-payment by certified cheque or species, the object could be given in adjudication, on irresponsible bid, immediately or with the first opportunity.
- In case of double bidding found effective by the Auctioneer, the object will be given on sale again, all the amateurs present being able to contribute to this second invitation to bid.
- The tolerance of a storing does not engage the responsibility for the Auctioneer, with some title that it is, the object being considered under the exclusive guarantee of the contractor, as of the moment of the adjudication.
- All the objects, modern or old paintings, are sold under the guarantee of the Auctioneer and, if it is necessary, of the expert which assists it ; according to the designations carried to the catalogue and taking into account the corrections announced at the time of the presentation of the lot and commited with the official sale's report.
- No complaint will be possible for the restorations of use and the small accidents, the exposure having allowed the examination of the object. Only will be taken into account the repainted serious accidents and important ones.
The state of the frames is by no means guaranteed. For the paintings, the indication "Oil" is a guarantee, but the support can be indifferently panel, paperboard or canvas.
- Canvas-remounts are regarded as precautionary measures and not as vices.
- Dimensions are given only as an indication.
- The Auctioneer reserves the right to modify the vacation's order.
